Terms & Conditions

By booking a tour with Pula Boat Tours – Adventures (operated by Neptunus boat tours j.d.o.o.), you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking & Payment

  • Bookings can be made online via our website or in person.
  • Payment is accepted online or on board (cash).
  • All prices include VAT.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Free cancellation is allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure or no-shows are non-refundable.
  • In case of cancellation by the operator due to weather or safety, guests will be offered a full refund or an alternative date.

3. Weather Conditions

Tours are subject to weather conditions. We reserve the right to modify or cancel the tour in the interest of passenger safety.

4. Liability

Participation is at your own risk. The operator is not liable for injuries, losses or personal belongings unless caused by proven negligence.

5. Children & Families

Children must be accompanied by an adult. Life jackets are provided for all ages.

6. Pets

Pets are welcome on board but must be kept under control at all times.

7. Changes to Itinerary

We reserve the right to adjust the route or schedule depending on conditions and group needs.
